If you decide to have us carry out the repair, the investigation costs will be waived. This means that you only pay for the actual repair and not for the investigation prior to the repair. What is included in the investigation costs: • Pick-up and return of your device in (free in Amsterdam). • Thorough diagnosis of the problem. • Extensive explanation of the problems found. • Suggestions of possible solutions and the associated costs.
