Cancellation by customer:

• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the appointment, 25% of the amount will be charged.

• In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the appointment, 35% of the amount will be charged.

All above cancellation charges apply to the minimum purchase of 1 hour, unless otherwise discussed between customer and provider.

Cancellation by the provider:

• In the event that the provider cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the customer will not be charged any of the amount.

• The provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment in case of force majeure or special circumstances that endanger the successful execution of the appointment. In this case, the customer will not be charged any of the amount.

Cancellation procedure:

• Customers who wish to cancel an appointment must do so in writing or by email.
